Breakfast at the hotel. (Note: we can take a picnic from the hotel or return to it to eat at noon and continue later with the visits).
We will go to the temple of the Oracle and the hall of the Coronation of Alexander the Great.
We will visit the Roman necropolis of Gebel al Mawta, “The Mountain of the Dead”.
We can also see Cleopatra’s Pond, a circular natural pool with dark green water at 29 °C.
We will finish the day with a visit to the old medieval city of Shali Ghali, made with bricks of earth, salt and plaster.
