Lunch at the Restaurant of the Hotel Spa Pozo de la Salud (Sabinosa).
In the afternoon, guided visit of the Guinea Ecomuseum.
Tasting of wines from Herrera at the headquarters of the D.O. EL HIERRO (Frontera), made by D. Carmelo Padrón Rodríguez, and later tasting of a selection of local cheeses.
Musical session of traditional songs related to the agricultural world.
