An essential destination for every traveler

We will start this trip by spending two days in Cairo. Then we will head Fustat, an ancient city in the south, to go to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

We will take advantage of the first day to walk through the Coptic neighborhood, to discover the Mosque of Muhammad Ali and to get lost in the old Khan El Khalili bazaar. During the second day we will contemplate the Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza: Cheops, Kefren and Micerinos. And after that visit the ruins of Memphis and see the stepped pyramid of Djoser, in the Saqqara necropolis.

Our adventure continues by taking a flight from Cairo to Luxor. Once there a luxury cruise will be waiting for us. Now, it is time to visit the Luxor Temple, the Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Queens and the Temple of Hatshepsut. When arriving at the end of our Nile cruise, we will be able to appreciate two amazing monuments of the city of Aswan: the Philae Temple and the Unfinished Obelisk.

In Aswan you can also navigate the Nile in a felucca (a small Arab boat) and see the Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Aswan, the iconic five-star hotel where Agatha Christie wrote her book “Death on the Nile”.

Later, cross the Nasser Dam and from there depart for Abu Simbel on an unforgettable three-day cruise on Lake Nasser. On the third day we will live the most awaited moment. With sunset upon us, come face to face with the great treasure of Pharaonic Egypt, Abu Simbel, and toast with champagne on deck.
