A praise to the senses

The cultural diversity and friendliness of its people make out of this country a captivating destination. Asia, Africa and Europe in a single island. The different cultures that have been found here throughout history give us, thanks to the mixture of religions (Hindu, Christian and Muslim), a great gastronomic wealth to enjoy.

When we imagine ourselves here, we think of its white sand beaches, its crystal clear waters, its barrier reef that surrounds the island, the pleasure of diving into the sea and seeing numerous varieties of colorful fish, as well as swimming with dolphins, sailing or scuba diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, kitesurfing …

However, we cannot ignore the inland part of Mauritius, a land of volcanic origin covered with green expanses of sugar cane crops. A pleasant nature easy to admire on short walks: the Rivière Noire gorges, the Macchabée forest or the Pamplemouse Botanical Garden. The Trou aux Cerfs and Grand Bassin craters are two essential stops that offer a natural spectacle as beautiful as it is unusual. Ascenting Le Morne Brabant is a pleasant experience, the views of this part of the island are truly spectacular.
