Saudi Arabia, a mysterious destination

Saudi Arabia is an enigmatic destination that has been isolated for a long time and to which you can now travel with us.

Start your adventure in the administrative, political and cultural capital of the country, Riyadh. Here you will find the National Museum, which houses thousands of antiquities, and the Al Masmak Fortress, another gem worth seeing. Right next to the castle you will see the Al Zal market where you can buy everything. We also suggest you go to the Murabba Palace and climb the Skybridge tower to enjoy a beautiful sunset.

On the outskirts of Riyadh are the remains of Diriyah. The historic center of this ancient city, Al Turaif, has been remodeled and allows visitors to walk among the well-preserved ruins and enter the different spaces created, such as its interesting museums.

We also recommend you visit Jeddah, the second largest city in Saudi Arabia. It is a powerful center of commerce and the starting point of the pilgrimage to the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. Walking through the historic district of Al Balad, you will see the traditional houses that were built with coral and you will come across the bustling Al Alawi souk and the legendary Nasseef House. Do not leave without visiting the majestic Floating Mosque, a religious temple built on the Red Sea.

One of the most extraordinary enclaves of this trip is Al-Ula. Its archaeological area is like a huge open-air museum. Head to the archaeological sites of Ekma and Abu ‘Aoud and see ancient writings that your guide will decipher for you. The greatness of Al-Ula is not only based on its archaeological heritage, but extends to its beautiful desert environment and incredible rock formations produced by erosion. One of them is Jabal AlFil, a huge rock that looks like an elephant.

Stay tuned so you don’t miss The Maraya Concert Hall. It is a cube-shaped auditorium that is a true engineering prodigy. Its facade is made of mirrors, so it blends in perfect harmony with the desert that surrounds it.

Less than 22 kilometers from Al-Ula is Mada’in Saleh, whose original name in Greek is Hegra. After Petra (Jordan), Hegra is the most important Nabataean city in the world. In this archaeological site, where valuable Nabataean remains can be seen, there are more than a hundred monumental tombs artistically carved and spread over about thirteen kilometers.

If you are looking for different experiences, this authentic destination that treasures history, tradition and impressive natural beauty is, without a doubt, for you.
